- Ludovic GallerneDecember 1, 2014Probably my worst Marriott-branded experience ! Poor rooms, poor service, poor internet, no view,... Sales team at this hotel deserve a salary increase for filling this hotel at such a high rate !
- EmilyApril 24, 2013It's absurd that a nice hotel like this doesn't have wifi in their rooms. I understand that they're renovating but they should still have at least SOMETHING
- Colleen AlvinoMay 14, 2014Carpet is very old needs to be changed. No safe in room.....take everything with you.
- Whoever rated this a 4 star hotel was sadly mistaken!
- Front desk is so helpful! Brought me a toothbrush and extra blankets!
- Never order hot chocolate here from room service. They send up powder with hot water and it ends up costing like 6 bucks with service charges.
- Pete SAugust 1, 2012Agreed to a high floor accessible room to get a flat screen TV. No HD channels, though, and the room smelled like old people.
- Belinda SirhaNovember 6, 2010Very nice staff, and the rooms are pretty comfortable. But the WiFi, even the service you pay for, is atrociously slow and inconsistent. Shocking for a hotel this size. Also, no flatscreen TVs.
- Play Wii bowling with the staff in the Club Lounge. Such nice people!
- Maurizio's is AWFUL and has NO customer service. The delivery guy cusses at you, threatens, and tries to fight you when he delivers your CORRECTED order. Don't expect them to get your order right.
- Conference rooms are nice, but not equipped with sound or video technology. Rooms are average and definitely overpriced.
