Chef Santi Guerrero's take on the cheese plate (minced chocolate-and-chorizo garnish), pulpo a la plancha, and squid-ink rice were all tasty! Even the kale salad was yummy. Nice, sexy atmosphere, too.
Not yet the best Spanish restaurant in Manhattan, but the biggest, most comfortable, *good* one by a mile. The kale salad's great, as are the small plates. Avoid the weak appetizers. Read more
Highly recommend both tartars (tuna and tomato), scallops, fois gras, brussel sprouts, and cuttlefish croquettes. Octopus with mango, however, left much to be desired. All in all, 6 for 7 ain't bad!
Offensively small portions at absurd prices. Only standouts were the oxtail sliders and arroz negro de pulpo. My friend had a food allergy that our waitress totally ignored.
There were a couple nice dishes, but was unimpressed overall and thought it was too expensive. In that area, you can that level of food at a number of a places for much cheaper.
