Team Kevin !!! He is the best trainer I have aver had and I have been through quite a few :D the pool is great when people actually know what lane they belong in and the roof deck is incredible!!!!!

Rock climbing, large pool... Get alot for the money, but weights and cardio set up oddly throughout the building.
If you find the pool is cold: get under the pool shower with warm water, and slowly make them cold until you are no longer using any warm water. Works great!

He can go easy and give you a relaxing massage or go DEEP.- this place seems unreal. membership: climbing, full weights and cardio, pool, classes included, awesome price. i'm sold.
Great place to work out. Cheap, packed with amenities you wouldn't expect (pool, climbing wall) and never too busy.

Really solid climbing gym. Small but tight knit regulars that go. They put up a good amount of routes.
Can't beat the price with Corp discount even if u r just looking to climb, but their pool is very nice compared to Equinox. spinning classes 'crank it up' do push u to ur limits!- Nate FolkertApril 5, 2023weight training gym has good equipment but they pack it in pretty tight. hard to navigate when it gets crowded.
Debbie is the best water aerobics trainer! Her classes are not only an amazing workout, but also lots of fun!

Take Pio's dance class on Friday @ 6:00pm. Lots of fun and a great group of people

Great facilities, but the staff is very unfriendly.
Check out Evolve on Saturdays @ 12 with Gonzalo Garcia! Best class at this club!
$85/mo with waived initiation fee. Talk em down if you can.
