Maki Go

This is the best sushi. The fish is so fresh and everyone is so nice. Only open 11:30- 3pm. If you have the day off from work make it downtown. They are thinking of opening Saturday's I hope they do.

I love this place! Super good and fresh Sushi. I was talking to the owner and he said everything is made in house and the fish is bought fresh in the morning.

Marinated beef with spinach, avocado, cucumber, jalapeño salsa and maki go sauce. The miso soup is amazing as well!

Fun experience! Making your own sushi roll is awesome.

They don't cut their sushi rolls by default, so eat it like a Chipotle burrito. Be careful that you don't eat the paper as you unroll it.
