- deestivMarch 18, 2013Great hotel in an ideal location in the Quarter. Rooms are clean and comfortable, elevators are a bit rickety but otherwise a pleasant stay. Breakfast buffet in Bistreaux is top notch, too.
- Sadie HawkinsJune 10, 2019This hotels perfectly situated in the French Quarter. Close enough to all the hub bub but far enough away to wear you can escape the craziness of bourbon street when its time for bed
- Heather HasenackFebruary 19, 2015Room was nice, hotel staff very friendly, beds are super comfortable, view is amazing from our room, and very close to everything. We'll definitely be back again.
- Anne KingMay 28, 2019Second stay here. Courtyard and location ideal. Comfy beds with notably luxe feeling linens. Staff attentive, friendly, helpful without being overbearing. Did I mention the magical courtyard?🌟🌟🌟
- Nacky :-)August 4, 2015Bar staff was extremly polite! Bell staff helped me with my oversized luggage! For the price i payed, rooms are fantastic!

- Noslen RamingoMarch 22, 2013Beds are super comfortable, and the location is awesome. And that's really what you're paying for. Not to many amenities for the price. Kinda felt like staying at a hampton inn with better beds.
- Experience New OrleansNovember 22, 2013Make sure you stop in The Bistro for a meal. The menu changes, but the truffle fries are a constant...and are amazing.

- DHR.comApril 24, 2012Don't miss the swimming pool and the jacuzzi hot tub at the hotel's tropical courtyard.
- The online reservation system is shotty they booked us a table on a day when the restaurant wasn't even open. We also booked three rooms and had issues getting them all next to each other on check in.

- Nicole LeonardNovember 25, 2012Under major renovation now...they said it should be done for January of 2013. Can't wait to try to book a room for next year
- Be aware: They charge your credit card $50 per night you are staying as soon as you check in! (they'll refund what you don't use)
- The sign says "Thank you for not smoking in the pool area," but they put out ashtrays. :-/
- DanielJuly 10, 2010Also they Require a card and charge anyone who needs a key the full rate even if the room is already reserved and paid for on another card.
