deestivMarch 18, 2013Great hotel in an ideal location in the Quarter. Rooms are clean and comfortable, elevators are a bit rickety but otherwise a pleasant stay. Breakfast buffet in Bistreaux is top notch, too.

And that's really what you're paying for. Not to many amenities for the price. Kinda felt like staying at a hampton inn with better beds.

The online reservation system is shotty they booked us a table on a day when the restaurant wasn't even open. We also booked three rooms and had issues getting them all next to each other on check in.

Be aware: They charge your credit card $50 per night you are staying as soon as you check in! (they'll refund what you don't use)- The sign says "Thank you for not smoking in the pool area," but they put out ashtrays. :-/
