Famous magic hat. This is fun place hidden. Parking lot and when you open the door this low lite place was fun. It had so much color and crazy music and a lot of beer. Great service and merchandise
Be one of the firsts to grab our new, Liberty Bottle. Its a new 32oz bottle that can be filled with our tasty beer to quench your thirst as the days get warmer. $24 includes the bottle and the fill.
Best beer tour in VT. Place is super creative. They limit the amount of samples you can have, but they're still free. Keep an eye out for Big Hundro if you like hops!
Great beer, 8 of their own on tap. No seating at the bar, 4 free samples allowed. No pints sold, only growlers. They will fill other brewery's growlers and growelettes!
Funky and awesome, success hasn't changed them. Just one reason to love them. The other is the beer! #9 & Circus Boy are old faves and Pistil is a new one!!
Four free beer samples per person and free brewery tours every day! As far as the beer itself goes, though, I like the other breweries in Burlington better.
Loved the vibe!! I know its just sampling and a tour but I really wish the place was a full fledged bar. I would go there all the time. Definitely stop by if you are in the area.
The bulk of the tour is just a video about the beer-making process, not much of the actual facilities, but it's free! You also get four free beer samples at the bar.
If you visit you can take the free self guided tour and then get four free samples of their beers. Crafty rather than craft its an ok visit if you are in the vicinity.
Everyone is super nice, but the tour goes on for a very long time. We went in the summer, and I bet the beer samples are a lot better in the fall or winter.
Check out Matthew Thorsen's exhibit, Sound Proof, at the Artifactory through October. The exhibit showcases Burlington's 90s music scene through multimedia. It goes well with your beer. Read more
Get your summer shwag here at the magic hat Artifactory! Boogie boards, frisbees, golf balls, backpacks, cooler bags, hats and T's and so much more... Oh ya, grab some beer too!
Magic Hat Brewery uses a method to turn brewery waste (hops, barley, yeast) into natural gas that can power the brewery, shaving $2 off each barrel brewed!
Eh. Not as good as before, number 9 is still their best beer. The 4 shots of beer rule is lame. I would rather pay and at least get to try each of the beers.
