Always wanted to visit never got a chance but glad i finally did it was alot of fun. Very different from Hollywood and Vegas loved the historical figures and the Presidents' gallery. Must see in DC.
This was free with our Big Bus Tours and was very interesting. Yes the majority of figures are political, but it is Washington. Most of the figures were very life-like, I was really impressed.
One of the few commercial museums in WDC for which you'll have to pay an admission fee. Totally worth it to see the lifelike historic and pop culture figures and hear more about how they build them.
For those visiting DC take time to visit the President Gallery in Madam Tussand's wax gallery. The display features replicas and history of past US presidents.

Third Madame Tussaud's I've been too...and by far the worse! New York and Las Vegas are way better and worth the fee to get in. Go to one of the Smithsonian Museums instead...plus they're free!
Most of the wax figures here are political figures but that should be expected in Washington DC. More than photo opportunities this can be a historical learning experience if you let it. Read more

Wait for deals online. Not worth the $21 admission fee. Very short, understaffed. We were out in about 30 minutes. The best figure is Alex Ovechkin! Visit the location in NYC, it is awesome.
