Awesome happy hour spot steps from Penn Station and MSG! The Margaritas are amazing! Plus Lucy's has a great rooftop setting! Awesome place!

The nachos with steak were amazing! Also even if your plate doesn't include chipotle ketchup, I would ask for some. It goes great with all dishes.

This is a wonderful place for a date or hanging out with friends.Do go upstairs to enjoy the view! Heated lamps are amazing to keep you warm.Fish tacos and beergaritas are a must!

Full of commuters during the week – but you should still stop in and try their Cactus Rose or Baja Iced Tea cocktails, which should be enjoyed outside on the patio!

Prices are in line with the average restaurant in the area. Food was tasty and service was acceptable. Got crowded around happy hour and is around the corner from Penn Station and the Garden.

Crowded with young professionals when the weather is nice. Price is as high as you'd expect in the area, and beer has been sub-par.

The "all-that-and-a-bag-o-chips" is pretty good. White paper bag full of tortilla crisps and 2 salsas + guacamole. Yummy and cheap! If you're gonna drink, you gotta eat...

It was difficult to get served on the patio so don't expect to get in and out quickly here. I would suggest coming for drinks, not food
