Ok, no room service for me too - maybe because I'm staying at the worst room of the whole city. I swear if they had not yed charged my credit card I would go anywhere else!
Really noisy hotel. As I used booking.com to make reservation they've put me next door to staff's room and people stayed talking loud late (1am) and early. I was waked up before 7 on a Sunday morning!
The receptionist also said as I booked a promotional room I had no right to claim about anything. (They have some bad rooms which are advertised at booking.com with lower prices. Really nice, uh?)
I bought a sightseeing tour at the reception but the bus was for another place. When I claimed to the receptionist, she was really rude and said she couldn't do anything and it was my own problem.
They say there's free 24h internet connection in all hotel, but... in some rooms you can get a cable to connect, which was not the case of mine. I could only use it at the restaurant and until 22h.
Nothing to eat, very strict security, insufficient toilets, people herded into rooms which are too small. I think KRK are taking the Auschwitz experience a little too seriously.
Tagliatelle with salmon and broccoli - great, you should try it. Adriatic Mojito is a nice drink, too.
Very decent sushi restaurant.Less expensive than the competition but not at the expense of quality. They serve dinner bentos from 12-5 consisting of various sushi, green tea and miso soup (35-50PLN)
