Barna JardanyApril 16, 2013The rent-a-car return is miles away from the terminals, leave an extra 60 mins to drop your car!
The Southwest Terminal (#1) has a PinkBerry. It almost makes flying Southwest through LAX worth it!
If you have a disability do not use the special services line to check in like Delta recommends. It takes way longer to get through the line and is absolutely not worth it!
Make sure than when leaving town you tell those friends that owe you money to pay you back - Tell them DJ Latin Prince said so!
I your flight is delayed, make the most of it. Walk, don't sit. 650 steps round trip from Gate 80 to Gate 88.
If flying United, hit up CPK/Karl Strauss Brewing Co. & look for Sandra the bartender. She's freaking awesome.
Don't bring a 3rd bag and if you decide tondo carry on don't forget all those items over 3oz they will get tossed
If u r on American Eagle add extra time b/c you'll have to take a shuttle bus WAY OUT to the airport "portables"! And get your snacks/mags 1st!

So much easier to fly international vs domestic out of LAX.
If your flying out of lax for xmas,get there early...lines for going thru security are long. Standing outside in the cold :/
Terminal 6 now has TSA Pre-check available on far right hand side of security checkpoint.
As of August 2014 all ATMs in terminal 4 are Bank of America
babywear your child to get through security quickly and easily.

This airport is double decker. One for arrivals and departures. Make sure your on the right floor.
When there is traffic in the arrivals drive through the departures and pick up there. One is normally wide open while the other has traffic.

I feel sorry for anyone whose introduction to Los Angeles is LAX. Apparently the designers felt our airport should evoke the same feelings as our freeways.

There is a separate line for first class pax, even if you are StandBy! So, get on that shorter line!!!

I landed and exited the Airport without being shot. A success story, to be sure.
