Great dinner with friends! Wonderful service. Try the sliders and rattlesnake sausage starters. My husband splurged for the Wagyu steak and was thrilled with it!

Lonsome Dove is not only delicious but very authentic and awesome. The service is outstanding. Try the rabbit-rattlesnake sausage, it's very delicious. I would also recommend the stable sirloin stake!

Boar ribs.Kangaroo carpaccio nachos. Deviled crab. Rattlesnake-rabbit sausage. Any for first course of the above. Main course:elk loin=AMAZING. Side of burnt carrots with goat cheese

Chef Tim Love's rarified bistro rewards the adventurous. Try the rabbit-rattlesnake sausage, wild boar ribs and elk with huckleberries. And those are just the appetizers.

Great place, service and atmosphere. Braised quail and steak were really good. Good wine selection. Highly recommend!
