Pricey but beautiful hotel. Great pool and easy access to all Universal parks. Your stay includes an Unlimited Express Pass and Early Admittance (money!) to the parks.

Excellent Hotel, Excellent Food, Fun Pool, Great Theme Park Views! Can't wait to come back! Just don't like having to pay for parking even when I am a guest or wifi.

Join us in Jake’s American Bar on 5/2 for more than 50 beers from our favorite breweries. Also specially prepared culinary creations (hello, chicken & waffles!) by our chefs & live entertainment!

Great hotel, love the theme. Wish they had a free mini fridge and microwave in the rooms though. They do have a Keurig which is nice for coffee drinkers. Pool is beautiful. Will stay here again!

This hotel is so wonderful: excellent restaurant selection, their breakfast buffet is delicious, close proximity to the two parks, the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating!!

Best of the main three hotels on universal studios if you have kids. The newly renovated rooms all have showers. They a great and have dual shower heads.

The room service French toast is the best I have had. Very close to the parks and lots of things to do. Staff is courteous and gets things done well.

Found bites on my body after the first night, discovered this bug in our bed. Very dissatisfied with the way the resort handled everything.

Coming for a conference? There is a second entrance off the main road for the convention space. Look for the sign for Emeril's. It will save you a drive around the resort or a long walk from the lobby

Play volleyball in the pool after an early morning jaunt to Harry Potter world. If you're staying here, the park opens at 8 AM! Stay on the club level for "free" breakfast and snacks.

Totally worth the extra cost to get fast passes for the whole family. You end up saving if you are 3 or more.

For how bad the cell reception is out here, they should have free wifi everywhere. Besides that it's wonderful & everyone is so nice and helpful!

Short walk or boat ride to universal parks. Decent hotel. Parking $17 per day. Gym & Internet cost extra. Island dining room is not very good. Worth staying here to get the free express pass.

Beautiful property. Great kids activities at the pool area. Loved the in room Kuerig coffee maker even cocoa pods for the kids!

Wanna park? $17 a day 4 self park, $30 for valet. Got luggage? Sorry, can't borrow the cart, bellboys gotta bring it up (& be tipped). Free WiFi in rooms? Forget about it! They charge 4 EVERYTHING!

The Bacon Steak at breakfast was AMAZING! Thick and VERY rich; you've been warned. =) And also, the chicken sausage pizza was surprisingly good considering it was gluten-free.

Be sure to monitor the card you paid with! Been getting charged all kinds of stuff since I checked out! When I call they apologize and refund the charges just re-charge my card the next day.

Be sure to use the extra time in the morning to see Harry Potter-- it gets way crowded after the park opens! You can get in 1 hour early.

If you park out back, it is a challenge to find hotel lobby. It is on 3rd floor. Take elevator up.

Stay at one on-site hotel, enjoy complimentary access to the pools and amenities at the other two on-site hotels (just be sure to carry your room key with you).

Everything at Islands Restaurant is local, cage-free and free-range. The other restaurants probably are too. Also, each room has a recycling bag.

Nice hot, great location, did not like that the lifeguards were letting six ducks continuously swim in the pool and not get them out. Seemed unsanitary

It is about a 7 minute walk from the pool gate at Royal Pacific to the entrance to CityWalk (next to Margaritaville). If you want to be close to CityWalk or IOA, this is it!

Try walking to the parks and city walk from the guided side paths. The path is magnificent!

If you lose your room key they won't charge extra for replacements. Complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate is pretty tasty. They'll give you as many cups to put in the machine as you like.

So far it's very impressive. Off season is relatively cheap, but they nickel and dime you for everything. The gym, Internet, priority ride access(used to be comp)and parking can add another 50 a day.
