Staff is top notch! Rooms are good sized but in room fridge and microwave are not standard (you can request it though) which of they are out would have made traveling with a baby difficult.

This is hands down the most awesome hotel I have ever been to. Even the housekeeping staff impress me. Not to mention how tasty those chocolate mints are that they always leave on my pillow.
This is a beautiful hotel with great amenities and an even greater story behind it. Don't miss the gold elevators no longer in use and check out the historic info all over the hotel.

Nice location and great decor. Not the most attentive staff. The concierge was uneducated about basic tourist desires. They had no idea about the area theatre and concerts. This seems basic.
