The "Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate" should actually have a fourth chocolate in the name based on how it's served. Required desert if you like Chocolate. Quite tasty.
Try the Braised Pork With Cranberry, Chestnut, Brussel Sprouts and Pumpkin - Don't bother with the knife, but get the napkin. In a good way though! Many levels of fall flavors!
