Open every Saturday from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm, this farmers market is the biggest in San Diego. You can find everything from fresh uni to loads of local produce.

Highly recommend the strawberry stand near Date and India. The ladies have the BEST berries there.

Orange coffee truck, oysters, Carmel sauce and pastured eggs are some of my favorites.
The flower stand right at the intersection of India and Date Street (near Cafe Italia) is my fav. Lots of white blooms (my personal fav!).

I always get a bar of natural soap from Sunset Soap Co. at the east end of the mercato. It's $5 and lasts a month and is super worth it.- Go to the tamale stand at corner of Date and State. They sell tons of fresh produce and the owner of the farm ALWAYS throws a few 'extras' in for free :))
