Sean Hayford OlearyMarch 24, 2013Ugly on the outside, but beautiful facility on the inside. Similar format to the Target Center Lifetime, but much newer and cleaner. The pool in particular is great -- much better than most others.- I love this gym - plenty of equipment and fun classes! However, some of the front desk staff have attitudes and some people who use the weights downstairs don't clean up after themselves.
This gym is great! Usually its pretty mellow if you can get here between 11am to 430pm or 9pm til probably 6am,lol. But if its packed gym manners are decient.
I do group fitness classes at many of the LTF's in the TC. Marlena's STRIKE class on Monday evenings is best cardio + most fun workout I have seen.
Lift away from the dumbbell racks far enough that you don't block them.

- Yes there are a lot of people here but there is always enough equipment.
