Don't be a douchbag and leave your dirty towels on the shower room floor. Have some consideration and carry your towel to the bin.
Weight lifting area is big and normally everything is organized
A place where they have everything you will need to get in the best shape of your life. You'll just need to put forth the effort.
This tip is for the guys! If you ever have to go make sure you use the family locker room restrooms, they are a lot cleaner than the nasty men's restrooms
If you're trying to get you body right. You better call on Winston Tsai !! Easily the best choice you could make for yourself.- Either hit the locker room at 7:30pm or wait until 8:30pm when family swim let's out at 8:00pm - the locker room turns into a zoo and you may have to wait for a shower.

Ask for Brenda in the cafe! She is so sweet and makes the best food!

Take a strength training class w/ Fred A.. He's knowledgeable and motivating.- Try a spinning class for a low-impact high-efficiency workout.
