So much steak! Eat at the bar for a great happy hour that goes till late

Best Argentine food in NYC. Enjoy your milanesa, empanadas, and dulce de leche crepe alongside a Quilmes.
I'm not sure how Argentinian the food is (I'm pretty sure the empanadas are frozen and warmed up) but whatever it is works. A cool environment and good happy hour specials. Get the mixed grill for two

Scott HuestonJanuary 8, 2012all about the beef. Go with the meal for 2: Cortada Para Dos (marinated for 24hrs in olive oil, brandy, fresh thyme, rosemary, ground black pepper). mashed potatoes served with it - excellent!
Loved the goat cheese salad (with salmon) and you have to get the caramel pancakes for dessert!
.. Desserts upon desserts upon desserts!! Best food best cocktails, best waiters :):) ... I think I'm becoming a regular at libertador!!

Anna ParfenovaApril 20, 2014Food quality is from poor to average. Grill menu ok, mussels NO. Don't order Sangria — it's a $45 small pitcher of juice. Asking to switch it with a bottle of wine made our waitress go very sour.- Skirt steak is to die for. Also recommend the mojito flights.
