Take a loop hike. Start at Peters Ridge forest service road. Hike up over the ridge and into the mountains. Take the alpine trail south to Strawberry Lake, then come down Strawberry Lake Road.
Hike all the way to the back of the lake, then follow the creek bed as far as you can toward the waterfall, at least until you find grizzly bears.
