There are many options to get from airport to city centre. The cheapest is public bus for 4,5 ,shared ride service for 9,or to prebook a taxi for 25eur.Metered taxi on the airports costs 45 eur.

If you have a connection and want to eat something, go out of the security area. There are far more choices outside. "Market place" restaurant in the departure area, good and cheap for an airport.
A small airport which is about to be expanded. Buy your bottle of water in the duty free shop for 1€ before going upstairs. On the 2nd floor it costs 2,90€.

Please be aware that many tickets on Adria (low cost airline that seems to be subsidiary of Lufthansa) do not include checked baggage, and the charge is €35 each way!
Watch out for taxi scams. Cab to the city should not cost more than 35-40 euros. Even ”metered” ”taxis” can charge 65€ or more. Negotiate a fixed price! Hope Uber will arrive some day.
