Don't let the "cafe" label fool you. Go there for dinner. I find it to be the best kept secret as far as dinner in Brooklyn is concerned. Never a wait and food is delicious.
Been coming here for years and just realized the fresh hippy juices are the sleeper hit. I got some fruity thing called "peace of mind" pineapple, orange, banana, mango, boom.
One of my favorite spots! Great food and amazing atmosphere! Loved it so much we had our wedding and reception in the back garden area! They really made it an incredible experience! ❤
Found the perfect place to hold jewelry making classes. Such friendly staff and beautiful decor. The atmosphere was perfect, and so were the mangomimosa!
Take in the whimsical allure of the glowing string lights, rustic brick walls, and charming menu of dainty tea cakes and fresh, flaky croissants. Read more
Friendly service, but sometimes slow. Came for brunch and had a great poached egg dish, the cafe special. Sat in the front because back was closed for a private event -- but looked amazing.
Beautiful petit garden...so romantic...Buddha by petit waterfall...even the dish seems delicate& romantic...I personally like it a lot more than 4 seasons...money doesn't buy taste& romance!!...
Been getting my morning coffee here every day for 4 years! Garden out back is a gorgeous oasis in summer. Often busy but forgive the service as the eggs benedict are to die for. Best fresh juices too!
Amazing outdoor patio/garden with waterfalls. So relaxing, you feel like you're in a garden in France! Come here if you're sad or if NY is getting the best of you. Petit cafe will perk u up in no time
Big fan of "the small cafe". Iced coffee every Saturday and a stellar arugula salad with avocado, portabella mushroom, and goat cheese. They don't have the same lunch salads at dinner tho... too bad
$21.95 3 course dinnerprix fixe is good deal for the quality and amount of food. For any dessert purist the creme brûlée isn't brûlée but is nice anyway with berries. Cash only. Service spotty.
In Brooklyn's pretty Carroll Gardensneighborhood, the food (esp. paninis) is great, and the garden-like outdoor seating is beautiful, complete with waterfalls! Perfect French getaway (w/o leaving U.
Get the polenta special for breakfast. It's great with eggs over easy, but make sure to add. Bit more salt and hit sauce, which completes the balance with the fattiness of the eggs and cheese
hair in salad, waitress lost our check, 2 hour brunch with not one refill of water. On top of that, shrimpfrittatas used frozen tasteless shrimp, dense pancakes, cold breakfast potatoes. Never again.
The pumpkin pancakes are excellent, but unfortunately they serve you Aunt Jemima syrup to put over them. Spinach/Swiss omelet also very yummy, and great cappuccino.
Food is great, but the service isn't efficient. Restaurant had three tables seated and it took forever for us to get our food. Even longer for them to bring us our change! Probably won't go back.
