Good service and plenty of dining options. Watch out, though, as check in and check out can take forever. Rooms aren't huge, but they're very comfortable and nicely appointed.
Try their Arabic coffee (Saudi style), Al-Qahwa, brewed in dallah and served with dates at the lobby area by the main door! (Afternoon only)

pickiest angelJanuary 28, 2015Ballroom hall can accommodate 500 guest. Food buffet are superb including the cakes and sweets! Very clean and well maintained 5 star hotel.
I was lucky to stay here. It’s been a wonderful 3 nights. Great value for money. Loved the cleanliness and the service. Perfect location near the Corniche.

After renovation..ot become amazing.. Cheesecake at lobby cafe is nice
One of my favorite hotels in KSA. Love the newly renovated rooms and the club lounge has a magnificient view and service.

Lekha SJanuary 23, 2016The breakfast buffet was sub par for a five star place. The only person who bothered to make a customer feel welcome was the chef at the live station. Never coming back! Go to sofitel or holiday inn.

Lobby crowded as always which is apparently not my type of relaxed atmosphere with soft piano music!
