Ton ZijlstraJanuary 23, 2013Although the cook is currently overly in love with foams, as to obscuring the dish I must the wasabi foam on the snails was fantastic- Don't skip dessert in the hotel restaurant. Some of the best ice cream you'll have in Luxembourg!
