I like LVAC. I know some prefer 24 or golds but these are my favorite gyms in vegas. The organization of weights and machines at this location is a bit awkward. I prefer the rainbow location

Overheard in the LVAC locker room, "I go to the gym seven days a week, but you've got to include diet or your just spinning your wheels. It has to be 100 percent exercise and 100 percent diet."

Men should bring their woman to the gym. I love to workout but it would be nice to say hi to someone here at the gym then try to start something always at a loud ass club.

Always wear jean cutoff shorts so that you'll increase your chances of getting kicked out and then you won't have to work out that day, guilt free.

Best wet sauna imo of all the lvacs.(right temperature) Also, don't over exert yourself in weight lifting. Nothing sux more then an injury to prolong your effort to getting in shape.

If you're going to use your cell phone while you're working out or plan on gossiping at the gym, please do so away from the equipment, so us serious folks don't have to stand around waiting for you.

I find it funny how many comments about dont say hi or be social at the gym. I would rather meet someone thats also into working out and being active then meet someone at a loud as club.

It's all about the shoes! Find shoes that fit AND are appropriate to your activity. Ill fitting shoes can cause issues with your feet that lead to other body issues.
