Decor, attitude, commitment to authenticity, and food freshness: 8/10. Flavor: 4/10. I had the Rajas and Carnitas tacos, and was shocked. Great tequila menu, though.

Fancier tacos, but not *expensive* and definitely great. Plus...booze! Also, they do a good brunch too. Only place I've found in NYC with enfrijoladas.

Try the torta ahogada. Hardly any restaurant outside Guadalajara (Western Mexico) has nailed it like they did at La Superior.
