Tacos, Horchata, & an amazing deep fried burrito! I went here 3 times while on a 10day trip to Az.We don't have anything close to this in Tacoma,Wa. Service was awesome.I can't wait to come back!!!
Legit Mexican! Love the salsa bar (verde + strawberry surprisingly good!) While the tacos are clearly the star, the rice & beans were so good I cleaned the plate. BEST horchata I've ever had, srsly.

Don't miss the outstanding salsa bar (cilantro crema and strawberry salsa are a couple highlights), and be sure to try the thirst-quenching horchata with pecans and fresh fruit. Read more
I swear to god this is the most delicious food I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. The refried beans are sublime, the street tacos amazing, and the horchata will literally blow your mind!!!
Definitely hit this place up if you’re in the area. That salsa bar is legit. I loved my taco plate...I asked my server which three she recommended. The classic marg was solid. Great service.
Absolutely delicious entrees (burritos! tacos! quesos! tortas!) and the world's most amazing horchata. If you haven't been to La Santisima, you're missing out on a Mexican food gem.
Best horchata I've had! The chicken is so yummy as well. Very small inside, be prepared to bump elbows if you go during a busy time. But the food came out really quick and the service was great.
This place is amazing!! The pecan salsa is my favorite. Their guac is made with mango and is delicious. My fav taco would be the Santisima specialty and el gaucho taco.
I love this little place. It has really good tacos de cochinita pibil and their salsa bar, when filled, is wide-ranging and unique. Gotta try the horchata b/x it's different
This place is a hidden gem! Delicious horchata (must try) & the menu is stout w/ endless authentic Mexican food. Small dining area, but totally worth the wait. Try the street tacos!!
Go here. Admittedly, I'm not from the SouthWest, but the burritos here (they call them Burros) are the best I've had. Anywhere. Al Pastor was tasty. Great salsa bar. Go to here.

it has been said before -- but once again -- it is the salsa bar. award winning - many choices. as for food pretty good vegetarian choices, but I digress -- salsa!
Small, too cozy, rice n beans were blah. Tortillas should've been homemade. Tacos were ok. Since I had to takeout because too packed. by time home they were already cold. Parking sucks as well.
Cadillac margarita is a salt bomb and nasty. Cauliflower taco was very poor and unseasoned. Shark taco tasted fishy. The only good taco was fried shrimp and was super simple with just cabbage.
Cadillac Margarita tasted like salt water with lime and was undrinkable. Cauliflower taco had no seasoning and was done poorly. Fried shrimp were delicious but topping was boring.
Mexican restaurant in Central Phoenix serving gourmet tacos, burritos, quesadillas, seafood, beer, margaritas, and a homemade salsa bar for lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
