Billy RyuNovember 10, 2011I think this is the best Thai restaurant in SF Downtown. Osha is kinda franchise Thai restaurant so you can see many of them in SF. But Osha on 2nd & Minna St has the best food than any other Oshas.

Solid options include the chicken pad thai, beef pad see ew, and pineapple fried rice. Pair your choice with a lychee martini.

Some of the best Thai food the bay area has to offer. This location is a particularly nice location for girls night out or drinks and dinner with pals. Thai Samosas are incredible!
