Was built in times of Russian Empire. Then rebuilt during the occupation of Lithuania by Soviet Union. Still looks like a soviet dull pedestrian street. Сan someone explain me, why they call it so?

Пешеходная улица в самом центре Каунаса с множетвом ресторанов/баров но к 11-12 утихает даже в суботний вечер.

Her daim temiz ve sessiz bir sokak. İnsanlar huzurlu, ancak magazalar biraz pahali. Kaunas insani ortalamasinin uzerinde.
