- Everything you need for a great workout. My only suggestion: The free weight section is an absolute disaster. The Staff should be enforcing cleanup or cleaning it up themselves.
Stay Focused. Tons of beautiful women and guys get side tracked trying to impress them. Just do you and don't be "that guy".

If you join and expect to use the whirlpool at this location, think again. I joined a month ago and so far whirlpool down half the time I come to use it. Seems to be an issue only at this location.
If you need a trainer, I highly recommend Byrd. I've been coming for a month, & he was the only trainer to stop and speak and offer guidance. That's how you win customers! :)
Nice new equipment with plenty of availability; not over-crowded. The pool is warmer than the average gym. So, lap swimmers: be careful. Leisure swimmers: enjoy.
Looking for personal training? Highly recommend Alexis. This guy will make you sweat, he doesn't play around!
Missy PishioneriDecember 27, 2012This is a great gym if you don’t care about your personal belongings. Things are being stolen out of locked lockers. This gym is not safe.- Don't swim there on Sundays, the lifeguard is less than professional (Rudy)!!
