Sad to say that this American location pales in comparison to it's European counterparts. It feels cheap and lacks authenticity. Stick to the Madison Ave location if you're closer to it.

Beautiful shop. Great macaroons. Terrible and very slow service. Make sure to ask for your tea hot because mine arrived lukewarm.
