An old time, popular neopolitan favorite. Pastry is formed in a many layered clamshell shape. Filled w/ creamy ricotta cheese, semolina flour, & mixed w/ finely diced orange & citron fruits. Serve it at breakfast, lunch, or as a dessert sweet same day!
