- They actually checked in someone else into my room before I arrived and asked if that person is my friend. Epic win.

- when you come to johor bahru, this hotel is recommended for well located but the service is not good
- I've travelled to many places, stayed at a lot of hotels in other countries. I can confidently says that this hotel got the worst front office. To say check in is extremely slow is an understatement.

- For new hotel poor quality in room. TV cable line broke and bad lighting. Other than the mall I'll go back to the Mutara down the street.
- Hotel was sucks. Zero maintenance and stains on toilet wall. Horrible!
