Claims to be 5 star but service is poor. Very long check in time, morning paper not given, no refrigerator in the deluxe room. Deluxe room in tower 2 is small. Paragon and Selesa has bigger rooms
I've travelled to many places, stayed at a lot of hotels in other countries. I can confidently says that this hotel got the worst front office. To say check in is extremely slow is an understatement.
this s 2nd time i check in here, i already book for 2nd stay but reception said i din make any booking luckly stil got available room.. service very poor, they answer call more than 3 ring call..
Feels like staying in a Genting hotel. Low quality fitting in rooms, very messy environment and not cheap either! Better at Mutiara if you want a 'proper' hotel.
A convenient location only. Other services are bad for example slow check in procedure, dusty room, dirty with stained bedsheet, have to request both towel if u stay >1night, bad house keeping service
Poor experience with this hotel. Second time here and still consistent with t poor experience. Dirtytoilets, peeling wallpaper, slow check in time, hair on floor, etc. Not coming back anymore!
Dirty! Stains on the floor... similar stains in the toilet like never washed... stink as well! Otherwise okay, definitely not worth the price and expectations!
