Only vegan option in the food court is Quiznos - expensive, gross, and certain staff members are homophobic to boot. Not a pleasant experience.
Not vegan-friendly at first glance, but the pizza is pretty good sans meat/cheese. Load it up with veggies instead.
Starbucks is excellent at catering to vegans in terms of drinks - just ask for soy, no whip. Having a Starbucks card eliminates the $0.60 charge for soy milk.
Love it here - but they only thing that's vegan is what's coming out of the taps & bottles. Unless you want the veggie platter with no dip.
