- Go over to the manta ray bar and grill to watch the manta rays in the ocean for free. In the Holua resort (5 minutes south) off alii and kaleiopapa.
We booked a Hotwire 3.5 star condo and got this. Not bad for what we paid. Spacious floor plans. No beach / waterfront access near as I can tell.
