I. LOVE. THIS. PLACE! Took my girlfriend here for her birthday today and man! We tried the bacon tasting plate and loved it. I ordered the 45 bone inribeye and it was amazing!
The quality of the food here is amazing. Had a breakfast burger with an English muffin and fried egg. The salsa verdefries are crazy good and the best tomato soup I have ever had.
Avocado fries?! Yes, please. Splurge and get an awesome cut of meat, after viewing the meat locker. Get the bacon tasting. This place represents Texas well - steak, steak, bacon and steak!
The steaks are great, but the crispypig's haunches served family-style w/homemade corn tortillas is an experience. Plus: Ham. Tasting. Board. Knife also has room service for the great Highland hotel.
Steak and fries is a classic combination, but you can shake that up and get at least one serving of vegetables with Tesar's creamy and crispyavocado fries.
Not bad, but I wouldn't go back if I was paying (I don't think it was worth the money). The menu has some outrageously pricey items like the $1400 bottle of wine or $200 steak!
The dry agedpork chop was disappointing! Way too much fat! The manager did discount the meal by 30%. Service was also sub par. I might come back but will definitely be ordering steak!
