Excellent place to visit! It offers something for everyone. Places for children to play, exercise, and relax. The food trucks in the area provide a convenient way to grab lunch. Near museums too.
One of the best parks in Dallas! Fantastic water/splash areas for the kids! Really cool climbing areas for the kids. Food Tricks are always a hit!!! (Con: street parking is limited)
Built above the highway, this urban park offers plenty of seating if you want to chill, some grass to layout on, and food trucks for a quick bite. Take a look at the event calendar for live music.
Great for families, people watching, dates, and just relaxing in the city. They have food trucks, a playground, lots of fountains for children and dogs to play in, ping pong, badminton, putting, etc.
This place has so much to do! I love the food trucks! So many! They also have many games, and a little splash park area! Great fun for kids, and family time.
This amazing park in the heart of Dallas was beautiful. At night it lights up and during the day its a stages for shows & awesome restaurant in the middle. A Children's park, grass to do a picnic on.
Great for a stroll after eating some great BBQ or Mexican. Can also partake in the food trucks that are always there. Pick up the mckinney trolley for a ride around town in front of southwest porch.
Best Free Yoga! The downtown deck park offers a workout class every single day, from zumba to boot camp, but the best class on the docket takes place at 10 a.m. SAT. Hosted by the Dallas Yoga Center
Great place for the kiddos and food trucks! Bring your own ping pong paddles and balls, golf putters and golf balls and games for the lawn. They provide books and chess and kids playground.
Cutepark right on Stemmons Fwy. Usually have all sorts of events depending on the day. Right across from the DMA. Usually have food trucks so you can eat and take in downtown Dallas. Approved.
Sit outside in one of the comfy booths for great people watching. Calamari, crab cakes and butternutflatbread. Wonderful. Good selection of beer and cocktails.
Pack a picnic and enjoy the cooler temperatures in Dallas at Klyde Warren Park. Enjoy food trucks, yoga, board games and even live music all offered in the heart of the city!
Food trucks, ice skating in the winter, activities for all ages, ping pong tables, and so much more! All of this on top of a highway; Dallas is stepping up its greenery game.
New park located in Downtown Dallas on top of Woodall Rodgers Freeway. Great playscape for kids with rubber ground (no high heels moms...). Weekends are likely to bring an army of food trucks.
Good free fun & great place to take the family. Parents make sure you bring swimsuits & towels for the kiddos. I brought a picnic blanket & sandwiches but we couldn't resist the awesome food trucks!
Very nice place! The water was fun and the playground was fabulous! The kids loved the climbing and cooling off from the heat! Lots of shaded areas too!
Love the space, food trucks and all the activities. Hate that local businesses are now charging $10 for parking and keeping families from enjoying the newest and largest park in Dallas.
Perfect place to spend a lazy morning. Museum Tower provides great shade late into the morning and there are usually minimal people if you get here to watch the sun rise.
It's free to attend, and with the visible Dallas skyline as your backdrop, it's easy to say Dallas deserves this little stretch of land for taking in and enjoying Dallas' local talent.
I love this place. You look around at all the people on a busy, beautiful weekend day and realize that life really IS dreamy. Makes me warm and fuzzy inside.
Whether it's yoga, checkers, dogs, or food trucks... This place really has something for everyone. Check out their website for additional events like concerts or movies.
KW Park is revolutionary for Dallas. Just a few years before, there was nowhere to enjoy the outdoors and bring the community together. Truly "fun for the whole family."
Not a whole lot there for me, but it does help beautify the city, and it's privately funded, so I'm all for it. Parking is a problem though. The pianos are a really cool touch.
Great place to hang out. However just saw a very disheveled looking woman bring her dogs into the kiddie area, who then did not pick up after her dogs crapped on the main lawn. She's got long blk hair
