The Whites

Premier Estates Chardonnay Veneto 2012, Italy 11.5%

A mix of two quite popular grapes that can make this white wine so refreshing & drinkable. It has a distinctive bouquet of aromatic composition dry but fragrant.

Sierra Grande Sauvignon Blanc 2012, Chile 12.5%

Really vibrant fruity sauvignon, awash w/ gooseberry, stone fruits & a hint of elderflower.

Domaine Vison Viognier 2011, Pays D’Oc 14%

Lovely comforting white, plump apricot fruit & a delicate floral note

Richelieu Unoaked Colombard Ugni 2012, France 11.5%

Classic southern french blend, fresh & dry w/ ripe green fruit flavours.

Caluşari Pinot Grigio 2012, Romania 12.5%

Beautiful full flavoured pinot grigio, plump pear drop & tropical fruit, then a crisp dry finish

The Reds

Premier Estates Cabernet Sauvignon Veneto 2012, Italy 12%

Blended from merlot grapes of veneto, this is a pleasant, easy to drink red wine. A deep ruby red, it has very soft red raisin & passion fruit aromas, almost velvety. The simple taste of red fruit & tannins.

Murphy Vineyards Big Rivers Shiraz 2012 Australia 14%

Classic juicy rich fruited shiraz, deep dark fruits w/ a touch of pepper

Cotes Du Rhone La Chapelle De Marin 2012, France 13%

A rich grenache-dominated cotes du rhône, lots of juicy red berry fruit w/ a hint of white pepper & spice

Pleno Tempranillo Navarra 2012, Spain 13.5%

The same grape as in rioja this wine has an enticing nose of warm, red, juicy fruit. Lots of fresh, ripe, red berry fruit w/ that lovely deep earthiness, typical of spanish reds, in the background.

Las Manitos Pinot Noir 2011, Argentina 13.5%

Fantastic medium bodied pinot, a touch more grown up than some w/ a lovely gentle dryness on the finish, cracking drink.

The Rosé

Ancora Pinot Grigio Blush 2012, Italy 12%

That classic fresh dry pinot grigio character but w/ a delicate peach & strawberry background

Mead

Moniack Mead 14.6%

Moniack mead is made from honey & is a delicious well-balanced drink. It is probably the oldest alcoholic drink in the world & has always been a wine for special occasions. Nowadays we recommend you drink it as an aperitif. In summer it may be chilled & in winter mulled.

The Fizz

Mhv Marques De La Sardana Cava Brut 11.5%

This vibrant, award winning cava has aromas of green pears & apple blossom which lead to crisp zest fruit sensations & a sparkling finish.

Champagne Custine Brut (NV) 12.5%

This champagne shows fine mousse in the glass & fresh floral aromas mixed w/ characteristic toasty yeast overtones, which are balanced by richer fruit & classic baked biscuit flavours w/ a crisp citrus finish.

Prosecco De Bertiol (NV) Italy 11%

Classic prosecco! A lovely light aromatic nose (herbs, crusty bread & peaches overlaid w/ the characteristic warm, earthy appley notes of the variety) leads to a confident, creamy, lemon-tanged palate & a bright, lively finish.

This port possesses attractive liquorice & floral aromas & fresh, ripe blackberry fruit flavours. Great rich fruit concentration w/ spicy complexity & depth, held together by superb structure & balance.

The Sherry

Gonzalez Byass Elegante Fino Sherry (Spain) 15%

A classy, very dry fino, subtle & fragrant on the nose & full of savoury almond notes on the palate. Perfect w/ fish, shellfish, cheese, white meats & tapas.

Gonzalez Byass La Concha Medium Sherry (Spain) 17%

A fine, nutty, toffee nose & a clean slightly sweet flavour, the wine of the palomino grape variety is blended w/ a small amount of the sweeter pedro ximenez & aged for years in oak casks. Excellent as an aperitif & also goes well w/ nuts, pates, cheeses & spicy food.
