Pretty good katsu, but not on the same level as you’d find in Japan. I just came back from a trip there, though, so I’m definitely a little spoiled at the moment.

25 layer pork Katsu and ramen set was delicious! Katsu was juicy and tender. They were out of spicy ramen, but offered me a side of spicy paste to add 👌🏻
