Spacious rooms with comfy beds. The waterpark is very large and has a brand new floor. The arcade is kid-friendly. The shops and restaurants are good too. The prices are pretty good for a resort.
sheri robertsAugust 18, 2013Very nice especially if you have little ones :) it was VERY crowded just chilling in the lazy river with my family but fun. Really wish they had an outdoor pool! Great shuttle service to 6 flags.
Robin Butler ConnerMarch 12, 2015Gets very crowded on the weekends. If you have little ones, go during the week or early in the morning. Perfect area for the younger crowd with shallow water and age appropriate slides.
Cindy SmithApril 6, 2013To escape the crap fast food if you can drive a half block go to Royal Thai on Grand Ave. It is just east of the water-park almost directly across from Great America. Everything is wonderful!!

Warm pools, tubes, games and a lot of restaurants, shops and fun. Nice people work here.

Patrice FordeJune 17, 2012Pack your allergy meds if you stay overnight and you are allergic to dust/dust mites. Other than that I had a great time at this kid friendly resort.
It's okay. Went with my 1 yr old. Not too much or too little. Waterpark is small but still fun! Lots of food but expensive. No coffee filters in room. Liked that our room was down the hall from us.
Have issues EVERY TIME we come here. This time we got OVER CHARGED on our room. They charged an extra night PLUS an unknown $300 for a total result of $986 that over drew the account!!!!

This place is fun a d friendly... But the drivers and bell staff are the best!
Go to the crazy toucan and sit on the balcony...it's like being in the water park without paying for a hotel room

Check out riptide reef arcade. It's where all the fun is!- Took 45 mins to check in because we didn't have the card we paid with with us cause we already paid online. Yet they weren't going to refund the money, even though they thought it might be fraud!
