Ask for a renovated room as an upgrade. If hotel is not fully booked they'll be pleased to to that for you. These rooms are very good and truly worth a 5-star hotel.

There are 2 Kempinski hotels in Berlin. Make sure you tell the taxi driver if it's the Bristol or Adlon

Well Kempinski is getting worse and worse every year. Now they aren't even looking at the computer to check for available platinum upgrade and say right away that they're overbooked.

Ask @ front desk for guest list of the larger clubs, especially when your with a large group.

location is good; internet is bad and slow you need to signin every 30 min. staff are not friendly to Arabs. hotel is old and smells bad in rooms and bathrooms. This hotel is not recommended.

The room is too small for a 5 star hotel. The gym facilty is very poor. But the location is very good, especially for shopaholic.

D. Zimmer im alten Teil des Hotels riechen muffig. Gegen Aufpreis gab es ein kleineres Z. im neuen Teil. Die Betten waren ein Graus. Weder Aufpreis noch 5 Sterne fand ich gerechtfertigt.

Sauberes Hotel, Classic Zimmer sehr klein, muffig und benötigen eine dringende Renovierung. Meiner Meinung keine 5 Sternchen wert. Kein kostenloses Wifi. Beim nächsten Trip ein anderes Hotel.
