fdrOctober 31, 2015Great food. Go for blue cheese sandwich with slices of beef. Delicious and big portion! It can be crowded at nights so make sure to make a reservation!
The best syrup water is off the menu; instead of elderberry/raspberry, you can ask for apple - it's real good. Edit: Goddammit they stopped stocling apple right after I wrote this. They got grape now.

Simone CzechOctober 3, 2017Very local place, we came here for brunch. The French toast is more like a Hungarian version, it was ok but not stellar. My bf had one of the scrambled egg dishes, it was tasty and flavorful.
Their full English breakfast is a proper Full English. At just under 1000 forints, it's an awesome deal. Also, it's available all day long.- Breakfast and Menu options are also good. Try the english breakfast!!!
At Keksz you can order breakfast the whole day. The English Breakfast is very good. Big portions and very cheap.

- Josh JamesJune 23, 2014Very large portions (if you enjoy a mouthful of bread). Long wait for both food and drinks. Would recommend though if you wanted traditional hungarian food as this seemed to take no time at all.
It's definitely a good place to hang out in the middle of Madách Tér, which kind of became the central "party area" for Budapest. The food or service is not always unquestionable, but overall ok.
