The interior breaths inspiration and creativity. One of my favorite coffee shops, beans from all over the world and great staff. Definitely a place to visit!

They put so much TLC (tender love and care) into their roasting and you can taste it in the defined flavors of every bean. Not only do they love roasting, but they love pulling espresso. Great people!

Quiet and peaceful place even for a Sunday afternoon! The Ethiopian filter I tried lacked the floral notes that I expected from a typical Ethiopian coffee; it was probably a bit over roasted.

Her işletmenin biraz amatör ruhlu olduğu Yeldeğirmeni için oldukça başarılı bir mekan. Kahve çekirdeklerini kendileri kavuruyorlar, taze taze öğütüyorlar, çok güzel kahveler yapıyorlar.

Çok güzel bir ortam, baristalar yardımsever, kavurma konusunda daha çok deneyim ve yatırıma ihtiyaçları var ama şu noktada da starbucks'dan çok daha tercih edilebilir durumdalar.

Yeldeğirmeni'nde yeni açılmış kahveciyi ziyaret ettim. Kendi kahve çekirdeklerini kavuruyorlarmış. Double Espresso denedim, gramajı biraz azdı. Tadı ve içimi gayet iyiydi. Kahve:10/5 Mekan:10/7
