- Julie LaskinApril 5, 2013Gr8 location 4 people who are on vacation. Rooms r a bit small, i don't consider this a category 7 hotel. Nice bar downstairs, concierge staff is awesome. Concierge level is gr8, saved $ on BkfastUpvoted 1 week ago
- Georgi GeorgievApril 29, 2016Very good hotel. Certainly worth the money. It seems that many families stay here. Pool and Jacuzzi are always packed with screaming chldrn.
- Bill DillardSeptember 1, 2015A great location and top service... Only complaint...coffee in the rooms is rank... Seriously, I actually gagged. Luckily there is a Starbucks in the hotel !
- Kim GoldsteinMarch 9, 2013Fast, cool elevators! Great view from room 1077 of Washington Monument & huge room. Love the individually wrapped Jelly Bellys in our room.
- Mark AndersonAugust 13, 2019You may think there’s no outlet for your laptop at the desk, but there is, it’s on the side of the desk closest to the window.
- John AAugust 11, 2015Nice hotel in a great location - near the White House and the National Mall. Starbucks in the lobby.
- Ted PardeeJanuary 22, 2015The lobby has a full-service Starbucks (breakfast too) and the lobby bar 1331 has DogfishHead 90min IPA on tap!
- 1st JW in the world! Great location for all important spots in the city!
- Jack VirdeeAugust 18, 2014This was a great hotel. The Starbucks is a bit lethargic, but the rest of the hotel is great.
- Valerie DeeDecember 30, 2013This JW Marriott needs a little attention, as compared to other JWs. $50 Valet parking is steep, but has in/out privileges, however their car retrieval midday is a nightmare. Give yourself 45 minutes!
- Amy What The ZuckMarch 18, 2013Remembered why i love this hotel. Individually wrapped Jelly Belly's in all the flavors in your room.
- Arlyne ChinApril 16, 2014Loved the family movie nights they ran during Spring Break. It was a welcome relief from walking around all day.
- James PittmanSeptember 19, 2015Fantastic location! Didn't have to use our car the three days we were in DC!
- Sara Marie BrennerDecember 8, 2012Elevators are great - select your floor number and it tells you which elevator to get on. Even when very busy, elevators are fast.
- DAMstyleJuly 9, 2012The rooms are dated and the half windows make me feel like I'm in an old military barrack.
- David FritzsonFebruary 7, 2012Beware of the valet parking. Nice Guys, but even if you're there for an hour its a flat rate of 40 bucks
- thanks for the lobby wifi tip- beats the charge made at the room level
- The 1331 bar serves food. Several of the booths have their own televisions. Cool.
- Christopher AndersonApril 20, 2012Elevators: key in your desired floor, then go to the car indicated on the display
- If u smoke, get a room on the 12th floor. They're the only ones with balconies, otherwise u have to go all the way downstairs...
- Get your drink earlier because Starbucks won't wait for you!! 8{
- Robert SvihlaJanuary 20, 2010The elevators are pretty slick. Select your floor destination outside the elevator and the system assigns you a specific elevator to take. Nice!
- there's a starbucks in the lobby! yes. the hugh tech elevators are pretty cool too.
- Michael WOctober 26, 2011There is a shoe shine service right down the escalators by the lobby Starbucks.
- Chris NicholsJanuary 25, 2010The elevators are very cool. Different at first, but they are so much better than standard elevators!
