This Long Island brewery, open since 1998, serves free samples in their tasting room and holds great annual events, like a cask festival every April and an anniversary concert each August.
The brewery is currently in the midst of a multi-million dollar expansion that will boost its capacity in the borough. Right now, much of their beer is brewed at F.X. Matt Brewing in Utica, NY.
