- Ask for a meat sampler plate along with a sampler of their mole sauces. The meat sampler incl salmon, pork, shrimp, etc. & the mole sampler includes all their moles in individual ramekins. (Off Menu)
- Adele LApril 27, 2013The soup: a pre-colonial tradition served to wives by grateful husbands. Cactus tortillas, enchiladas poblano, sides of mole negro and guacamole made authentically. Muy sabroso!
- Check out their Filete de Pescado Amor y Paz, a grilled fish marinated in tequila, mushroom, & pineapple sauce and served with vegetables & arroz. The sauce is amazing with a hint of sweet tartness.
- Looking for a little bit of heat? Then you definitely have to try the Carlomo Enchilado, a grilled pork marinated with Juan’s signature red sauce. It's even spicier than their Camarones ala Diabla.
- If you want to try all their moles, you can order a sampler where all the mole sauces they make are served in individual ramekins. It's a off-menu item you have to ask for.
- Not your typical Mexican Restaurant. Try the Mole de Nopal and Flan de Nopal, tortillas de Ñopal and everything that has to do with Nopal. Healthy Menu and diabetic friendly!!!!
- The best healthy Mexican Food... You have to try mole of nopal, flan of nopal, tortillas of nopal, an of course the Nopalletas..;) everything is AMAZING here...
