Crazy line ups, not sure if they cancelled it or it was just a night measure, they blocked access to most electronic custom clearance kiosks when I arrived.
NYC airports are far better than most major city airports. Just too many NY Yankee fans for my taste

Avoid the DELTA arrival terminal...why is it so small!? People keep Rollin over my feet with their damn spinners!! A positive is that the baggage claim and air train are really close to the gate(s).
Definitely in the top 3 New York area airports.

Tip for management. Security line set up at Terminal 1 is operationally efficient for staff utilization but not for fair customer wait times. Single lines work best for both staff.
