Don't know why you'd name a cafe/art gallery "goodbye", but that's exactly what this place is named. Walked by without hardly noticing, except for a small sign out front.
One of the beautiful places I've been in Tbilisi. Nice food. If you like Cats they will surround you while taking place at terrace, if not just sit inside...
