This place is just a neighborhood family-owned restaurant. They are from Louisiana and Ray is a great Cajun-Cook. Spicy Cajun dishes are my favorites...especially Blackened Redfish and shrimp.
You can't go wrong with Longhorn... LOVE their Salmon and their Baby-Back Ribs (when I'm not dieting)
Hard to believe they actually have sauteed Sea Bass on the buffet. This is better than most Asian buffets... fresher, nicer, cleanest.
