The Original and still the best! A single shot of our perfectly extracted, BRAND NEW espresso blend; 50% Brazilian Santa Alina, 40% Sumatran Takengon Aceh and 10% Columbian Edgar Salas. Exclusive to Jika-Jika, roasted by hand and brewed to perfection on our lovely Astoria machine. This particular blend is wonderfully rich and full bodied; a medium espresso roast with lots of chocolate, cherries and a malteser sweetness to finish. When combined with milk it tastes like a cup of dark chocolate maltesers - a real winter warmer!

Definitely not for the faint-hearted! This is a double ristretto brewed through a special 'naked' portafilter so nothing escapes the cup below! Short and to the point, just ask the Barista for a demonstration!

Literally translating from Italian, Macchiato means “marked”. A single shot of espresso “marked” with a tiny amount of foamed milk.

Very antipodean this one… but a beautiful alternative for those that don’t like to drown their coffee in milk. A double Ristretto, producing a slightly stronger taste. served in a cup with just a little foam.

Champagne Jacquart - France Mainly Pinot Noir in this blend, deliciously elegant, rounded fruity style with hints of cherry and wild strawberry. (12.5% abv)

Stormy Cape - South Africa Fresh and vibrant with tropical fruit character. Stormy Cape is proud to be part of the BWI (Biodiversity and Wine Initiative) which sees a combined effort by the South African Wine Industry and conservation sector to minimise the loss of natural habitats whilst contributing to sustainable wine production. Bodegas Santa Ana - Argentina Santa Ana is situated in the high valleys within the foothills of the Andes – Torrontes is a white Argentine grape variety that is powerfully aromatic, excellent with spicy foods – try with the Pork Belly Sandwich. (13% abv)

Peter Lehmann - South Australia This proved quite a hit when we did our tasting, fresh floral notes with citrus fruit; this Riesling is so refreshing and easy drinking on its own but will be the perfect partner to fish as well. Try it. (11.5% abv)

Stormy Cape - South Africa Made from 100% Shiraz, this is an easy-drinking rosé bursting with ripe summer fruits and a juicy, natural sweetness. (13% abv)

Vina Falernia - Chile An Italian wine maker Giorgio Flessati, an Italian Grape variety Sangiovese but produced in Chile! Perfect house wine, easy drinking and full of fruit, give it a try. (13.5% abv)

Xanadu - Australia Xanadu winery was one of the pioneering wineries to put Margaret River on the map as a wine making region in Australia. This Cabernet is full bodied with blackcurrants and spicy vanilla oak character. (14% abv)

Tomero - Argentina These wines are named after the men who control the water sluices that run from the reservoir through the gulley’s providing essential water to the Mendoza area. This Malbec is full bodied and spicy. (14.5% abv)

Thelema - South Africa An old favourite of Matt and Lee’s, Gyles Webb is the heartbeat of Thelema – saved from a life in accountancy by deciding to put down roots on the mountain and produce great wine. The wine making is as natural as possible – this Merlot is juicy, broad and ripe with red and black berry fruits. A must try. (15% abv)
