Samson: Get the fresh pork rinds. Only $3 during Happy Hour, er, "Kick Ass Hour".

Samson: Kobe steak with arugula and olive tapenade on baguette. It's the best.

Samson: The best are their seasonal pizzas, i.e. The Rocket (arugala & prosciutto), Asparagus Primo, Chicken Rosemary Primo, Portobello Primo, Mushroom Primo.

Samson: The best fried chicken I've had in Seattle. The batter compliments and doesn't overwhelm the chicken. This is fried chicken that's about THE CHICKEN.

Samson: If the weather's nice, ask for a table on the rooftop deck, which has fabulous views of Elliott Bay.

Samson: For something really different (and really good), try the pie with clams, pancetta and lemon thyme.

Samson: The mushroom yaki udon is awesomeness.

Samson: The pork belly baguette is one of the best sandwiches in town.
